I have not been able to pay my bills from chase on line account since this past Saturday morning even after speaking to many rep. I even stopped in to the branch to try and get some help.They couldn’t help me .. they said that they are working on it tomorrow is 7 days and it still not up and running?Very disappointed in Chase.. after being a customer for over 35 years. I guess I need to move on to a bank that values their customers?

According to the Chase Online SM Wire Transfer Help Guide, you can only make changes to the recipient’s personal information before you hit “Add Recipient.” If you’ve already done that, from what we know, it is not possible to make major changes to it. However, depending on what you need to change, this could be possible, so we advise you to contact Chase at 1-800-935-9935 to talk to one of their customer service representatives.
